Welcome to the Little Harbor Property Owners Association (POA) website.

Most of the pages on this website are accessible only to members of the association.  If you are a resident in one of the five communities that comprise Little Harbor, please select the "Register" link in the top right of the page.  Once registered you will be able to log in to view POA association documents, meeting agendas and minutes, a calendar of events, and recent news.

Parking Permits

Management Company is in the process of distributing 2 rear view mirror hanging parking tags per property address. The purpose of these tags is to allow Owners and Long-Term Residents entry into Little Harbor POA without having to stop at the guard house during staffed hours. It is also recommended that they are used when parking within the community to assist the security team with quickly identifying and addressing any potential concerns. These tags should not be used for renters.
 
Additional parking tags may be issued at a future date, information regarding such will be forthcoming.

Non-owners who want to rent beach chairs or umbrellas should call JMAC at 813-277-4723 or 813-767-7679.

POA Clubhouse Reservation Agreement

At the Board meeting held on March 25, 2026, the Board of Directors approved a new rental agreement for residents to complete when requesting to reserve the POA Clubhouse for private events. Please use the Reservation Agreement for POA Clubhouse Form to make reservations.
