The CDD is responsible for maintaining and improving infrastructure at Little Harbor including the beach that the public has access to. It is important to note that the parking charges will be reasonable and in line with what is charged in neighboring communities. The cost for parking is: $3 per hour Monday through Thursday with a maximum of $18 per day and $5 per hour Friday through Sunday and Holidays with a maximum of $25 per day.
