Little Harbor, formerly known as Bahia Beach, is a residential community located in Ruskin, Florida, in the southernmost part of Hillsborough County about 25 miles south of the City of Tampa.
Little Harbor is known for its serene, natural setting and its abundance of recreational amenities. The community features a marina, a beach, a pool, and a playground, as well as tennis courts and a fitness center. There are also a number of parks and nature preserves in the surrounding area, providing opportunities for hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities.
Little Harbor is home to a mix of residential properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. The community is popular with families, retirees, and vacationers alike, thanks to its peaceful setting and close proximity to the beach.
In addition to its recreational amenities and natural beauty, Little Harbor is also convenient to a number of local attractions and amenities. It is within easy driving distance of Tampa and its many cultural and entertainment offerings, as well as a number of golf courses, shopping centers, and restaurants.
On January 24, 2005, Little Harbor Property Owners’ Association, Inc. was incorporated. Little Harbor is a mixed-use community made up of Condos, Townhomes and Single Family Homes.
The Little Harbor Property Owner's Association as the Master Association oversees the common areas of the community such as the amenities, guardhouse, and certain landscaped areas to name a few.
Within the Little Harbor Community, there are five other Associations.
